With a valid A.C. Moore receipt (register or email receipt)
A.C. Moore will gladly exchange or refund merchandise purchases made within the last 60 days. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and will be refunded using the same method of tender payment*.
- Valid photo ID may be required.
- For quick and easy refunds, become a Rewards Member.
- *Cash will be tendered for Refunds on purchases made by Debit Cards. Cash will be tendered for purchases made with a Check 10 business days after purchase.
Without a valid A.C. Moore receipt
With a Valid Photo ID, merchandise can be returned in its original condition without the original receipt. Merchandise will be subject to the lowest selling price over the last 60 days or 20% off our everyday value. Refunds will be given in the form of an A.C. Moore Refund Card.
Custom Services, Class Fees, Clearance Merchandise, and Gift Cards are non-refundable; Seasonal merchandise cannot be returned without the original register or emailed receipt; Cricut items may only be exchanged for identical items with a valid register or emailed receipt; Tax Exemption status must be presented prior to transaction completion, as Taxes Paid are non-refundable.
With the original register or emailed receipt, sale adjustments can be made on items purchased within seven days of the original purchase.
A.C. Moore honors the price at which we have an item labeled. We will gladly refund the difference between the incorrect price paid and the labeled price.
A.C. Moore reserves the right to modify any of the above policies, and to limit or decline refunds of any purchase at any time.
