Need to return something you purchased online?
Simply send your new, unused item back or bring it to a store near you with proof of purchase within 60 days and we’ll do our best to take care of you. If you are a domestic customer and would like us to send you a pre-paid return label at a flat cost of $5 (which will be deducted from your return amount), please contact our Customer Care team via [email protected] and we will be glad to assist you!
Returns processed online
Return new items you bought from acmoore.com using your preferred shipping method and we’ll credit applicable items back to your original payment method upon arrival to our facility.
If you do not contact us for a pre-paid return label and you ship back your return without contacting us, we will require proof of purchase. Please include your original packing slip or include a handwritten note with your Order ID and email address. This allows us to properly credit you back and get in touch with you should we have any questions.
When you ship back to us without a pre-paid shipping label, we recommend using a trackable shipping method in order for us to help verify receipt of your return and emailing [email protected] to give us a heads up that we should be expecting your return.

Notice: Please do not ship back damaged or defective products. We reserve the right to apply account credit and/or no credit at all if a product is not returned to our warehouse in its new, unused, and unopened condition. If you send used products or products that are no longer in their original packaging, or "return to sender" without properly shipping an item back, we will not able to process a refund.
